Evolve are recruiting for an international, privately-owned Pharmaceutical organisation with a new opportunity to join an established Marketing Team. Working with specialist products, you will take on the role as a Senior Brand Manager based at head office in Manchester, specifically focusing on leading the strategic and tactical planning process for a leading portfolio of products within the Respiratory market.
Essential RequirementsEducated to degree level, preferably in business or marketingProfessional marketing qualification – such as CIMExperience of leading the brand planning process in a pharma marketing role (minimum 3 years)Experience of managing others and/ or leading teams successfully via matrix managementKnowledgeable on NHS structure and policyExcellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail is criticalProven track record of managing complex cross functional projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, budget management and implementationABPI qualified
Role ResponsibilitiesEffective line management and development of the specific marketing brand team including Brand Manager & Associate Brand ManagerLeadership and coordination of cross functional stakeholder via matrix managementOwnership of the strategic brand planning process ensuring alignment with Corporate MarketingSuccessful implementation of national and/or regional tactical plans for specific products aligned to opportunities within local health economy Capture and communicate critical market insights via research, customer networks and detailed understanding of the UK&I health economyMonitor and critically review implementation of tactical plans for assigned products against key performance indicators and instigate corrective action as necessaryCoordination and successful deployment of HCP facing marketing materialsCreation and delivery of patient support programmesDevelop and support Key Opinion Leader development initiatives within therapy areaFull budget responsibility for UK&I promotional investmentEffective and timely communication to all stakeholders and Corporate MarketingEnsure marketing team remain compliant to industry standards and company policies at all times comply with company standards and the ABPI Code of Practice, and contribute to the monitoring of compliance with such codes across the business
