Experienced School Business Manager

Hays Education are looking for experienced school Business managers to work in schools based in the Warwickshire and Coventry area. We are calling out to candidates who have high levels of initiative and are motivated to work in a busy school environment as well as helping to strategically move the schools forward as they continue to grow.
Your new role
The Business Manager role is crucial to the planning monitoring and development of finance, personnel, Health and Safety and premises of the whole school. You will also work closely with the Headteacher, Governors, LA and SLT to ensure the provision of efficient and effective services throughout the school.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful the school is looking for the candidate to be a strategic thinker and someone who leads by example - setting high standards for themselves and others. You will need to be able to prove that you have several years' experience in financial management and experience of managing Human Resources, Health and Safety and premises. DBS checks and safeguarding are essential to work in any of our Hays Education Support. Prior use or knowledge of common bespoke school systems such as SIMS, CMIS, and Integris and Parent Pay is desirable. Strong communication, IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages are essential.
