Job Title: Responsive Repairs Manager
Reports to: Head of Property Services
Supporting the Head of Service you will be responsible for the delivery of the responsive repairs service
The successful applicant will Manage the co-ordination of the repairs key performance indicators ensuring targets are met. Analyse trends information, provide recommendations and reports for improvement to the Head of Service. You will also manage, monitor and report on Repairs performance to the Head of Operations as well as manage, monitor and report weekly on budgets.
Maintaining the quality of service delivery, through monitoring; the post holder will also implement minor improvements to the service to ensure continuous improvement is maintained. This will include evidencing specific changes and where appropriate present an appraisal of the benefits or financial expenditure required. To fully utilise the IT systems used within the business.
What we are looking for
My client is looking for applicants with experience of the construction or housing sector maintenance, with proven knowledge and experience of delivering excellent customer service
As we as this also a proven track record of leading staff and the successful management of a customer focused service.
