We are looking for a finance/sales admin assistant to aid the Financial Controller in the day to day running of the finance office.
Assist with Preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts ie run P&L Balance Sheet
Preparation and Processing of Month End Journals
Co-ordination and overseeing of Accounts Receivable
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Preferably a Part Qualified Accountant or QBE
. Experience of working in industry.
Have the ability to multi-task and communicate across all levels of the business
Strong IT skills:
Experience with Quickbooks ERP and CRM systems desirable but not essential
High level of competence in Microsoft Office packages including: Ability to produce documents using Word (formatting)
Ability to produce reports using Excel and knowledge of Pivot Charts.
Ability to produce presentation PowerPoint Ability to use and organise Outlook emails.
This is a permanent part-time role estimated at 25 hours per week but an immediate start would be useful. Salary is full-time equivalent.
