Secondary Geography Teacher required – September 2019 – Bolton
£110 - £170 per day
This exciting Secondary Geography Teacher position available for an initial 12-month contract and starting in September 2019 is the perfect opportunity to join a traditional, Ofsted graded ‘Good’ school in the Bolton area.
Are you passionate about geography? As an enthusiastic Geography Teacher are you able to engage young people in learning about both the physical and human geography of the UK and the rest of the world?
This Geography Teacher position will teach a variable timetable of both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 class groups. You will be required to plan and deliver lessons that challenge and engage learners across a range of abilities. Humanities teachers who specialise in history or RE but have taught geography are welcome to apply.

To be considered for this Geography Teacher role you should have:
Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS).
The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
Strong subject knowledge of the Geography curriculum including the new GCSE
Reference details will be requested prior to registration.
Current DBS registered with the DBS Update Service – if you do not have a DBS registered online PK Education will provide full assistance in getting you one.
