We are working with a regional housing association who are looking to take on a Assistant property Treasury for a temporary contract for a minimum of three months,

Job Purpose: To contribute to the successful delivery of property securitisation and property related tasks. Securitisation work will include title investigation work, retrieval of securitisation documents, working on property issues to achieve securitisation. Property related tasks will include property releases with funders/trustees, land registry enquiries, property data integrity and analysis, funding valuations, ad-hoc internal and external property queries and other day to day property matters.

Responsible for raising any securitisation issues and work towards / take responsibility for finding and actioning solutions wherever possible.
Liaise with the Group's lenders, solicitors, surveyors and security trustees on matters relating to property charged portfolios.
Responsible for identifying and resolving any issues on uncharged stock (using in depth data analysis and information supplied from other teams or external parties) that would prevent future charging to a funder.
Arrange for meetings and updates to inform GTPM on progress and any issues with securitisation process.
Identify any stock that is unregistered with the land registry and arrange for registration.
Maintain and update Treasury's various property records.
Reconcile property information on a periodic basis, identifying and reporting on any differences.
Maintain and update central accessible information on all current charging and release exercises to include current position and target completion dates.
Maintain and update central accessible information on all funding valuation requirements in line with current loan facilities or charging exercises.
Co-Ordinate property funding valuations in line with current loan facilities or charging exercises.
Monitoring of solicitors and surveyors following instruction by the GTPM to commence new projects.
Provide the GTPM with information, data or documentation to support reporting or training Assist the GTPM with the timely production of Group's lenders loan covenant compliances including asset cover tests.
Where requested, attend meetings with internal teams including divisional managers and directors, or external stakeholders in relation to property related treasury matters.
Manage and report on information provided by development to ensure property charging information is available and reliable (security packs).
Obtain and be responsible for obtaining land registry information on property related matters for the treasury team and any other member of the Group as required in relation to any of the Groups properties.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Awareness and knowledge of property securitisation processes
Strong Excel and Word skills to intermediate / advanced level
Analytical background or evidence of spreadsheet analysis and interpretation
Previous experience of property charging (securitisation) or an awareness of property charging procedure
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Efficient and well organised with the ability to work on own initiative and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
You will be a genuine team player with a positive outlook to your work, be personable and adept at building strong working relationships
