DESCRIPTIONOur client is looking looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales team. As a Sales Operation Manager you will manage all “day to day” sales operations activities for an assigned sales team that supports the operational strategies. The role report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Job responsibilities:

· Responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the Sales processes

· Working closely with the CRO and Marketing to manage the pipeline and lead-gen activities

· Assists Sales department in distribution of leads, providing technical administrative (Hubspot/Saleforce) and analyzing problems across Marketing-sales .

· Create market research to support building healthy pipeline and sales enablement

· Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks including business cases per account to prove the value of the solution and measure success

· Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data and support the CRO to prepares reports/recommendations.

REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business or similar. 2+ years of Sales Operations experience Experience with SAAS sales operationStrong technical and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and time management skills with ability to multi-task & prioritize in fast-paced, high-volume environment,Fast and flexible learner Strong Excel ExperienceOffice location: Shoreditch, London
