Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary - Canterbury
A well regarded multi office law firm based in Canterbury are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to work within the Dispute Resolution department. The successful candidates will provide a client focused professional secretary and administrative support within the Dispute Resolution team. Duties will include; audio typing, orderly maintenance of files, dealing proactively, effectively and pleasantly with clients, diary management and general administration.
As the successful candidate you will have significant experience of providing secretarial support but it is not essential for that experience to be within Dispute Resolution although that would be desirable. Audio typing skills and a high level of accuracy are essential. The successful candidate will also be a fully competent user of Microsoft office and preferably have relevant secretarial qualifications. You will also have excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines. Ideally you will have the ability to utilise a case management system however full training will be given.
