Their new Head of Repairs and voids will manage the responsive repair service, ensuring that all properties are repaired in accordance with our high-quality standards. You will supervise and manage the responsive repairs team whilst supervising contractors and liaising with consultants, checking all contractor variation instructions, and ensuring payment in accordance with the agreed contract terms.

You will also hold full budget responsibilities for monitoring and maintaining the cost of Responsive Repairs and voids. This includes the management and purchase of stock, equipment and parts used by the Voids Team ensuring best value is achieved in procurement and an effective stock control system is in place.

As a leading member of their new team, together you will build on values to continuously improve delivery, reviewing and developing working practice to create efficiency gains and improved tenant satisfaction.

You will work Monday to Friday and your salary package will be commensurate with your experience - but expected to be circa £ £34,000 - £38,000 with appropriate benefits.
