Legal Assistant/Secretary - Gerrards Cross
A traditional law firm of Solicitors based in Gerrards Cross are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Assistant to work within the expanding Commercial and Residential property department. As a Secretary/Assistant you will be responsible for providing supporting to a team of Solicitors with new instruction on receipt and assisting on those transaction through pre and post completion.
As a Secretary/Assistant with the Residential Property department you will be responsible for the preparation of contracts and supporting documents, registering applications on the land registry, title checking, registering applications on companies house, speaking to clients over the phone and in person as well as issuing contracts and exchanges.
To be considered, this busy Property department are looking for a candidate who has experience of working within a Residential or Commercial property team as either a Secretarial or Assistant having good communication skills at all levels, team worker and the ability to work well under pressure.
