This is an opportunity to join a B2B (SaaS) technology business established over 10 years ago. Since they started, their growth has been steady and organic, and they have built a great business with several £million in annual revenue and very healthy profits. They focus on selling their product to primarily to companies and contact centres that sell to consumers, and have already attracted some strong brand-name customers.

They are looking to build a dynamic sales team that will be pivotal in helping them realise their growth ambitions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Management of your own pipeline
- Hitting of monthly sales targets
- Self generation of leads (using cold calling, email, and social media)
- Qualification and follow-up of inbound leads (generated by marketing)
- Conducting discovery calls to understand the prospect
- Running online webinar demos for your prospects
- Follow-up proposal writing and submission to support the sale
- Closing of sales
- On-boarding new customers

They are looking for people that are self-starters, highly motivated and able to grasp a solution to go after the market. You will be confident in researching prospects, have a desire to be on the phone and the drive to hit the targets set. A proven background in sales is required, but you don't necessarily need SaaS sales experience. As long as you have a proven sales track record at any level and a desire to win then you'll be in contention.
