Role: 3rd Line IT Support Engineer,

Skills: - Service Desk, Desktop Support, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS DHCP, Networking, VMWare, Hyper-V.

I have a client based in Cambridge who is looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, who has experience with Service Desk, Desktop Support, Windows Server 2012, Windows 10, Active Directory, DNS DHCP, Networking, VMWare & Hyper-V on a Permanent basis.

Our Client is offering the successful 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, a salary up to £35,000 based on experience.

Skills and Experience Required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support

- Windows Server 2008 -2016

- Active Directory

- Exchange

- DNS, DHCP

- Group Policy

- Office 365

- Virtualisation knowledge with VMWare or Hyper-V

- Networking – Routers, Switches and Firewalls
