Finance and Staff Administrator

Contract term: Permanent

Hours: 30-36 hours available, all year round

Salary: £17,934 per annum (based on 36 hours)

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a personable and customer focussed individual, with experience of general administrative work, who is keen to develop a career in finance and receive full training, working at our leading independent day and boarding school.

In this role, you will join our finance team and support the Finance Manager in all aspects of the School’s financial and accounting support service and generally support our staff with administration.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer-focussed roles with excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work calmly in a fast paced, busy working environment whilst maintaining great attention to detail.

We are looking for a quick learner with good IT skills and the ability to multitask. Experience in working in finance is not essential, as full training will be given. If you are hardworking, flexible and possess excellent organisation skills, we would be delighted to hear from you.
