Finance & Grants Officer
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Grants Officer to join our team for a 12 month fixed contract role with the possibility of permanent opportunities.
You will have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and knowledge of accounts and budgeting. As a Finance & Grants officer you will have a thorough understanding of research grant applications and award process. With this role you will have a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to make it your own but also have support where needed.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and managing budgets for grant proposals
- Taking responsibility for all financial administration relating to funding
- Monitoring expenditure and salary costs
- Liaising with various funding bodies and internal and external stakeholders
