As the first point of contact for learners, business owners and trainers, customer service is essential for this role whether it be through telephone, email or face to face enquiries.
Your role will be taking candidates through their learning journey - booking various training and assessments, ensuring they are prepared and following up by completing paperwork for learner's audit processes.
This role contains a large element of forward planning, self motivation, ability to be flexible and adapt to daily changing situations essential.
Use of own initiative and plan own workload is key. Pro-activity throughout this position ensures learners are guided through the processes as smoothly as possible in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere.
