<p><strong>Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive - Corporate Clothing / Workwear / PPE</strong><br /> <strong>Oldbury, UK<br /> £20,000 - £26,000 + holidays, pension, dress down Friday, free car park<br /> <br /> <em>We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in growing our existing client portfolio.</em></strong><br /> <br /> <strong>What we do:</strong><br /> <br /> From rigorously specified and certified work wear and head to toe PPE clothing, accessories and equipment, to creatively designed corporate wear, the business is at the forefront of the market, supplying many of the country’s largest businesses and brands with all of their uniform requirements – such companies having recognised the numerous strengths that we are able to bring to their businesses in solving all of their uniform needs.<br /> <br /> <strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br /> <br /> + To prospect for new business in the market sectors applicable to DCC strengths and capabilities<br /> + Reach out to potential customers to present our products and services.<br /> + Prepare and present achievements.<br /> + Track and document calls.<br /> + Answer questions about our product range.<br /> + Direct prospect’s to the Head of Business Development when needed<br /> + Carrying out market research on how to address customers<br /> + Meet company expectations for excellent customer service.<br /> + Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times.<br /> + Sales administration<br /> + New business development and following up on warm leads<br /> + Research Reporting.<br /> <br /> <strong>RELATING TO PEOPLE INTERNALLY:</strong><br /> <br /> The ability to build and maintain a strong working relationships with other members of staff.<br /> <br /> <strong>RELATING TO PEOPLE EXTERNALLY:</strong><br /> <br /> The ability to have a strong relationship with the potential customer is a crucial part of this role. An excellent telephone manner and the ability to maintain those relations is therefore an essential quality<br /> <br /> <strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br /> <br /> + Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects<br /> + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br /> + Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection<br /> + Team Player<br /> + Excellent time management skills<br /> + Resilience, tenacious and hard working.<br /> + Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints<br /> <br /> <strong>To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:</strong><br /> <br /> + Excellent networking skills to establish customer requirements through connections with key decision makers with the client organisation<br /> + PPE /Workwear Corporate wear industry experience.<br /> + PPE legislation understanding.<br /> <br /> You may have worked in the following capacities:<br /> B2B Sales, PPE Sales, Corporate Workwear Sales, Corporate Clothing Sales, New Business Sales, Sales Development Representative, Internal Sales, Graduate Sales, Junior Sales.<br /> <br /> <strong>Interested?
