CRM Manager (Professional Services)

Central London

An analytical CRM Manager is needed to join a leading professional services firm in central London, supporting and managing the embedding of a newly implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

The CRM Manager will be joining a market leading accounting, tax and advisory practice, located near Holborn and Covent Garden tube stations. With 3 additional offices in London, they can offer a wide range of expert advice while retaining the approachability of a smaller personal advisor. Working in a team of talented and well respected professionals, the CRM Manager will also benefit from the Flexible Hours of Work Policy which provides people with the freedom to organise their working day around personal commitments outside of work.

Responsible for the overall CRM strategy, management and optimisation this role will be diverse, challenging and rewarding. Whether you are working with the IT department, compliance team or a Salesforce agency to continue developing the platform, ensuring the firm has solid processes in place for GDPR compliance, designing training programmes for colleagues and stakeholders within the business or working with Marketing Managers to support key initiatives and targeting projects, it will be your technical expertise that will keep the new CRM working efficiently adding value to the business.

To qualify. You could be a Data Manager / CRM Manager / Head of CRM / CRM and Marketing Data Manager / Data Manager / Data Analyst / CRM Analyst / CRM Consultant or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

• Expertise in driving commercial success through data strategy and delivery within a highly driven sales and marketing environment;
• The ability to shape and implement successful CRM for digital and traditional direct marketing strategies that involve customer lifecycles, customer lifetime values, segmentation, content and content strategies;
• Solid experience gained working on CRM implementation projects;
• Expert level of design and usage of CRM platforms, database analysis and campaign management software;
• Strong analytic skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions.

Certified Salesforce Administrator qualification would be highly desirable but not essential to be considered for the role.
