This company is a multi award winning supplier of a range of ID and security related products including printers, ID and access control cards, lanyards and printer ribbons. You'll be working with their customers from a range of industries in the public and private sectors, predominantly education, health care, facilities and events.

This key role is integral to the successful running of the Customer Service department and involves:
- Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
- Processing orders received by phone and email
- Preparing sales quotations
- Greeting guests and setting up for meetings
- Keeping contact databases up-to-date
- Working to set processes and SLAs
- General office duties

What they are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year sales, customer service or administrative experience
- Minimum 2 years general business experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
