Job Description and Duties

To plan, budget, allocate and advise on company finances. Sitting at the head of the finance and accounting team and acting as financial counsel to the Directors, providing the insights needed to make better business decisions. The role is part of a fast paced environment and key to managing the demands of business growth.
- Producing monthly management accounts.
- Reporting on budgets, expenses, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Business plan development based on finance reporting
- Budget management and monitoring
- The collection and interpretation of financial data
- Advising senior stakeholders on financial issues
- Anticipating future trends in finance
- Analysing current market trends
- Analysing competitor activity
- Preparing payment runs
- Bank reconciliation
- Foreign exchange management.
- Managing Admin assistant
- Senior Level Credit Control,
- Overseeing Infrastructure contract negotiation including Vehicles and Insurance.

Qualifications, skills and experience

Basic requirements for the role, a specialist qualification, such as CIMA, ACA or ACCA. It's beneficial to be Qualified by Experience and to have worked within the finance sector for several years. This should be accompanied by a degree in one of the following academic areas:
- Accounting and Finance
- Mathematics
- Management
- Business Studies
- Economics
