A 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer is needed to join a progressive CRM company based in Weybridge, Surrey. They are now seeking a super talented 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer to use their existing skills to hit the ground running, whilst also taking advantage of training and accelerated career development opportunities and build a unique career within a friendly, relaxed yet professional technology company.

Reporting to the Head of Implementation, the 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and customer service support across the company for a suite of CRM solutions. On a day-to-day basis, expect to deal with a range of issues from general end user problems, training requests, new installations, change and configuration requests through to reporting system bugs and escalating technical issues to 3rd Line support. This is an exciting, varied role that will require you to think on your feet and resolve issues as they arise as well getting involved in any general office / team support that is needed to ensure a professional service is provided at all times.

To qualify. You should be a 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer / Technical Support Assistant (1st Line / 2nd Line) / IT Support Technician / IT Support Junior / 1st Line Support Executive / 2nd Line Support Exec / IT Support Executive / IT Support Engineer / IT Support Graduate / Technical Support Assistant / Technical Support Executive or similar who can demonstrate:

• Solid experience in a similar IT Support role, ideally with some tech exposure;
• Educated to degree level or equivalent within a relevant subject;
• A broad understanding of IT including some web development;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• The ability to think and act quickly in problem solving whilst remaining calm under pressure;
• That you are ambitious and keen to engage in accelerated learning.
