Accounts Assistant

Your new company
Your new company deals in property and is based in Reading. This organisation houses a busy finance team and is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join this growing business.

Your new role
Your new role reports into a Senior Accounts Assistant and involves liaising with the like of the Accounts Staff, Site Staff, Buying department, Technical department, Construction department and so on.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day control and management of Fees and Building ledgers
  • Process invoices against orders and post to system
  • Follow purchase ledger close down procedures
  • Process staff expenses and credit cards


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have worked in a financial environment, have the ability to work as part of a team and work on your own initiative.
In addition to this, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience would be advantageous.
Successful individuals will have strong communication skills, be able to meet deadlines and prioritise work whilst maintaining enthusiasm and attention to detail.
