Job Summary

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week. No unsociable evenings or weekends.

Description of role

* Calling businesses from sourced data to book appointments/generate leads for our clients
* Ask questions to understand the customer’s requirements
* Persuade the customer to speak to our clients by demonstrating how services meet their needs
* Record the information accurately in a computer system
* Meet targets and KPIs

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience as an outbound telemarketer or similar telesales role preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Persistent and results-oriented
* Willingness to learn
