I am looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a three month FTC with the possibility to extend. Ideal candidate will have a couple of years experience in a similar role.

It will be a role that is required to assist in several areas as and when needed but there will also be some consistent tasks including but not limited to the below:

  • Weekly billing and monthly rebate files for a key account client
  • Posting consolidated self billing invoices
  • Weekly self billing account reconciliations
  • Liaison with internal and external clients for query resolution
  • Assisting with the preparation of weekly gross profit Flash reports
  • Liaison with consultants for gross profit & billing queries
  • Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Weekly/monthly bank statement reconciliation
  • Providing team cover during holiday periods
  • Any other duties as required

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Flexibility
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels within the business
  • Organized and methodical in approach with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work well both autonomously and as part of a team


  • Advanced knowledge of the use of Excel
