We are working exclusively with a family-owned, local business in the North of Norfolk, who place a high emphasis on customer service. With the rapid growth of the company, the finance team are looking to expand, and take on a Payroll Clerk. This role will be perfect for someone looking to take their next step in Payroll, they are keen to take on someone who is looking to develop.

As with the nature of the role, confidentiality is key! Alongside this, they are keen to find someone who is up to date with current Payroll
policies and procedures, as there is a level of autonomy with this position.

The day-to-day duties of this role will involve:
• Processing monthly payroll for the business
• Ensure that the payroll information on the system is up to date and accurate
• Supporting with leavers and starters
• Analyse and collate data for internal reporting and external submission
• Ad-Hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate for this role
• Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office and finance software
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Formal Payroll and/or Accounts experience is desirable
