Finance Assistant, Ipswich
I am pleased to be recruiting for my client in Ipswich who are looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to work within their very friendly offices.
You will be responsible for providing support to customers
Inputting data to Sage Accounts system
Checking and controlling expenses
Raising sales invoices
Reclaiming European VAT
Processing expenses and supplier payments
Developing and maintaining control logs and procedures
Checking and issuing audit reports and letters
Ensuring customer requirements are completed in a professional manner
Booking hotels, organising staff meetings and events
Identifying and implementing improvements to finance and planning systems
Supporting Managers and Field staff as required
You will need to be methodical in your approach to work, have great attention to detail and be able to manage your time effectively.
