This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team for a national financial services company based at their Swansea office.

This role is a key role in the business growth team, working closely with the Head of Growth and Customer Relations, other areas of the business and engaging with the existing customer base.


This role is to primarily develop relationships with existing customers to determine how they can offer additional facilities, to support their business growth.

- To act as a touch point for customers to the other services and products, offered by the business.
- To execute 'auto-renewals' with customers under the delegated Credit Policy mandate.
- To ensure case notes are kept up-to-date for all customer interaction and stages and diary notes are correctly maintained.

Desirable but not essential - Educated to Degree level

At least 5 years' experience in SME business advisory and/or commercial finance industry.

Evidence of delivering business value in an SME advisory role or commercial finance.

Essential Skills

- Knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheets
- Advisory skills
- Organised, strong listening and influencing skills, problem-solving approach, able to build opportunities at all levels
- Proactive, self-motivated
- Ability to work as part of a close team
- Strong organisational skills

£30,000 to £32,500 dependent on experience, plus performance related bonus, following successful qualifying period.
