My client is a newly established intelligence business, who were founded in 2019. They were born when four best-in-class agencies, all specialists in their fields, joined forces to offer big agency benefits, whilst retaining a refreshingly boutique mindset. The result? A full range of integrated intelligence services at global scale, married to deep sector, issue and methodological expertise, delivered with an entrepreneurial spirit and client-first mindset. They currently have a position for a Business Development Manager, who will have a minimum of five years’ experience of new business development winning new clients across either Agencies or Corporate organisations and have an excellent knowledge of the online / video / face-to-face market research industry and research process. My client are looking for a dynamic, hungry and passionate sales manager, who can win new clients, and new deals. It is essential that you can demonstrate how to plan for hitting sales targets, the strategies you have identified to attack new markets, the execution of your plan and the results creating high value opportunities across organisations. In-depth knowledge of the sales process is vital. You will be driving business development across the UK&I, and will have experience in one of the following areas: Technology, Telecommunications, Retail, Financial Services, Wealth & Luxury, Logistics and Leisure You will be a prominent member of the sales team, and play a key part in growing the business by expanding the client base through business development across large Corporate organisations and /or Agencies gaining high value accounts and forging long term relationships. Existing Market research knowledge is essential for this position You will ensure all activity is recorded in the sales CRM, and will also manage the project workflow and have the commercial responsibility to ensure you maximise operational efficiency and deliver high quality research. Prioritisation and task management is key for this fast- paced role, enabling you to deliver an exceptional service to the clients. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to support and coach other team members across our business.
