Role – Finance Administrator
Location – Thame, Oxfordshire
Salary – £24,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator comfortable processing invoices and working under your own initiative?
Atlas Employment is delighted to be working with an existing client based near Thame, Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to support the Accounts and Commercial Teams. The successful candidate will be a focused, ambitious, enthusiastic and detail-orientated individual who is eager to learn and progress within the company.

What will you be doing as a Finance Administrator?

Overseeing the running of monthly and daily invoices, through both individual and batch
Coding Invoices
Raising low value invoices daily
Formulating reports about promise cash and cost received
Dealing with invoice queries
Allocating remittances
Bank reconciliation
Following up payments with clients

Previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel to a high standard
Self-starter with the initiative and drive to get results quickly
Enthusiastic, positive and able to work within a team
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Easy transport routes from; Aylesbury, Benson, Chalgrove, Chinnor, High Wycombe, Oxford, Reading, Stone, Thame, Towersey, Wallingford, Wheatley

Job Type – Full Time, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Status – Permanent
