Due to continued expansion an incredible opportunity has arisen for an account assistant to join Shredalls ever growing team.

The successful applicant will be:

A confident communicator with high levels of customer service and great telephone manner
IT literate
Skilled in prioritising tasks

Duties will include:

Sales order processing
Creation of sales invoices and credit notes
Respond and resolve queries as and when required
Credit control – contacting customers by phone, email, letter and sending statements
Daily chasing – recording chase history and agreed timescales
Credit vetting & liaising with our legal department
Importing and exporting data
General office administration and ad hoc reporting

General skills required:

Have a good rapport with customers and staff members – be a team player
Assist with the smooth running of the finance department
Able to cover other accounting tasks
IT skills, Sage line 50 & Microsoft office
Good communicator
Time management


Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm
(4pm Friday or as business permits
30-minutes for lunch and 1 x 15-minute break)

Reports to: Financial Controller
