Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location – Baker Street

£17-20,000 dependent on experience

My client, a Commercial International Company based in Baker Street is currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing Finance team. This person will be reporting into the Assistant Management Accountant.

Duties include –

* Dealing with the purchase ledger for UK offices.

* UK Purchase ledger duties including matching, batching and coding and reconciliations payment runs ( recent and current experience)

* Putting together aged credit reports.

* Data entry duties – accuracy is key

* Updating multi-currency cashbooks and bank reconciliations on daily / weekly basis.

* Maintaining purchase ledger logs, direct debit logs

* Checking and processing staff expenses

Experience required –

* Experience within AP is desirable

* Basic Excel skills

* Strong data entry and attention to detail is essential
