Are you passionate about working with students with Special Educational Needs and keen about helping vulnerable young people to overcome barriers to learning? Then this could be the role for you!

We are recruiting for a SEND Specialist Support Assistant for a Secondary school in Birmingham. The perfect candidate is to have knowledge of SEND and has worked with students with special needs within a classroom. Students who require this additional support may have needs such as Autism, ADHD, Learning Disorders and Difficulties.

The role will be full-time position starting immediately after Easter until the end of the academic year.

To be successful in this role you will meet the following:

* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification relating to Education/Childcare

* Up to date knowledge of the secondary curriculum.

* Experience of working with pupils with a range of SEND

* Able to support and improve standards of achievement with pupils.

* Be flexible and adaptable in your approach and work with a positive outlook on Education.

* Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
