Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in East Grinstead. Due to ongoing success, there is a requirement for an Admin Assistant to join their team.

No previous experience within an admin role is necessary although preferred, as full training will be given, however, a confident IT user and clear telephone manner is essential.

Main responsibilities:

* Answering Phones

* Updating CRM

* Sorting Incoming post

* Binding & Posting Wills

* Collating consultant/staff expenses and sending to payroll

* Updating Storage spreadsheet/organising all Wills for storage

* Scanning documents onto the system

* Shredding confidential waste

* Ordering stationery / maintaining printed stationary levels for office & consultants

* Assisting Operations Assistant and Directors

* Stationery printing

* Assist with organising of food order / lunch booking for team meetings

* Assisting with general cleanliness of the office

* Taking card payments over the phone

* Back up for other areas of the business during peak periods

* Other ad-hoc tasks

Salary of £16K - £18K DOE
