Sewell Wallis is working with a growing, innovative business in South Leeds to appoint a Reconciliation Assistant on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will join an experienced, friendly team and will assist with the sales ledger process.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive business that encourages employee development and growth from within.

This role would suit an individual with experience of working within a fast paced environment.

As the Reconciliation Assistant you will have full responsibility for the following:-

• Importing cash files into system and allocating these to products.

• Reconciling cashless data.

• Producing Crystal reports.

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly invoicing.

• Filing and general housekeeping.

• Assisting in other areas of the sales ledger function when required.

The ideal candidate will:-

• Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C (including Maths & English).

• The ability to work effectively in a team.

• Be self-motivated and ambitious.

• Have strong analytical skills.

• A willingness to learn and adapt.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

• A proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
