Role Overview

We are a major medical device manufacturer with an exceptional product portfolio and a pedigree for pioneering innovative solutions, both under our own brand, and for the world’s major pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies.

The Facilities Project Engineer will oversee and manage all facility related projects across the facility portfolio from conception to validated completion. This role will provide initial project feasibility, timescale and budget information for new requests as well as the creation of proposals and scopes of work to enable work to be sub-contracted, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and planning requirements.

The Facilities project Engineer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Project Plans for allocated works, identifying and reporting on key review and delivery milestones with stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role you must have previous facility management experience and experience in managing projects and contractors. You will be NHC/HND qualified within engineering or equivalent and hold a Construction Design and Management Coordinator.
