Project Controls Manager

Promote the awareness, understanding and utilisation of Change Management across the Programme

Ensure effective Change Control Management across the Programme

Maintain and coordinate the change control process including the change log.

Maintain and progress an up to date action tracker, key data and monthly reports.

Understanding of baseline management, cost control and estimating to provide a robust challenge to change requests.

Track and coordinate change requests through the change process ensuring compliance throughout.

Manage the Change Board, including acting as secretary and issuing agenda, documentation, minutes and reports.

Provide change process support, assistance, coaching, advice and training to project staff.

Be the gate keeper of all records providing professional document management through timely delivery of change reports and detailed technical administration to the Change Board.

Undertake monthly and quarterly reporting in the agreed formats

Improve the quality, format and relevance of reports

Design and conduct change control management training

Record and report on change control meeting attendance and engagement

Develop the skills, knowledge and capability of team members

Current SC Security Clearance

1 year of change management experience

The ability to manage large quantities of small value change

Regular and competent user of Microsoft Office package (Excel / Word / Power Point)

Experience of presenting to senior management and the customer

Good presentation and communication skills

Experience of working in a change management role on a complex nuclear programme

Experience of writing and developing change control procedures

Experience of designing and delivering training programmes

Flexibility around performing tasks in a fast paced project environment

Professional qualification in a relevant project controls function

Understanding of baseline management, cost control and estimating to provide a robust challenge to change requests.
