We are looking to recruit anexperienced Head of Marketing to the Managing Director. This Head of Marketing for the DHACG marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

The salary package for the role of Head of Marketing is highly competitive and also comes with a Company Car, Bonus and many other Company Benefits.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Develop and implement the brand strategy
Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products
Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
Work closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
Guide the day to day activities of the marketing team
Ensure the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team
Work closely with the product management team to define marketing materials and programs
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Effectively work in cross functional teams including EMEA & other group companies in both the UK and globally
Develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy
Analyse marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience:

Have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field and/or marketing led qualification such as CIM
Have experience in marketing and running a multi-channel marketing team
Possess proven marketing campaign experience.
Have effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
Be able to manage budgets
Have professional and proactive work ethic
Possess high competence in project and stakeholder management
Have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Be experienced with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
Have experience of developing communications & PR programmes.
