We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Health care Product Provider in the Denbigh area. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their large operational projects team. The role will involve the arranging and scheduling of projects for the team and managing systems and infrastructure projects. They will also be preparing and researching for future projects and making sure the correct amounts of time and budgets are adhered to across the team.

Responsibilities:

- Project planning
- Making sure projects are on time/budget
- Dealing with 3rd party suppliers to buy materials & equipment
- Producing project schedules and other documentation
- Assisting the team with the scheduling of large scale future project work
- Large scale systems upgrades & process improvements.

Skills:

- Excellent organisation
- Time management
- High levels of communication
- Creating technical documentation & general administration skills
- Experience of project management tools
- Managing budgets
- SQL, XML, Microsoft Exchange and Office365
