A Financial Controller is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for a growing innovative business based in Bournemouth. The business is quite young but is servicing a global market and they expect to continue doubling their turnover year on year.

Reporting to the Finance Director/CFO, you will supervise a small, growing team that look after credit control, treasury, purchase and sales ledgers and payroll and have a very hands on role preparing monthly management accounts, consolidated accounts, assisting with annual budget, cash flow forecasts and variance analysis, ensuring the completion and submission of tax returns and other ad hoc duties.

You will need to be a graduate, formally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or international equivalent) with experience gained within a top 10 accounting firm and c.5 years post qualification experience. Experience of consolidated accounts and dealing with international transactions also required, together with proven ability to supervise, good Excel and strong communication skills.

The business is quite complex so would suit someone with good attention to detail, a flexible attitude, used to juggling priorities and able to work as part of a small team. Experience of Xero would be a distinct advantage but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the growth of a small company.
