Finance Assistant / Billings Clerk
Our exclusive client based in Chorley, are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant/Data Inputter to join their team. This business s grown steadily over the past fews years and due to this requires someone to help with the workload.
The duties include:
- Inputting large amounts of financial data into the in house computer system
- Calculating charges and recharges on the customer accounts
- Ensure customer current and future bills are correct and any alterations are accurate and clear
- Make any changes to data as requested
- Record any changes to billings and any changes to customer data
- Raise any credits that are due to the customers
- Query resolution over the telephone and email
To be considered for this role you must be numerate, accurate and have an eye for detail. Excel reporting is a major part of the role therefore a strong Excel user is a must. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with figures and who is naturally inquisitive.
In return you will work 9-5 Monday to Friday, have good holidays and excellent benefits. There is also a staff bonus in September each year.
