This company is one of the leading independent suppliers of Document Solutions in the industry, providing high quality photocopiers and printers in combination with market leading software to deliver copy, print, scan and document management solutions.

They have grown significantly over the last two years and now require a Customer Service Assistant to provide enhanced customer service, logistical and administration support to customers and staff.

You must be confident on the telephone, polite, professional and keen to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing, working with the Service and Sales teams to ensure orders are processed, despatched and invoiced accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answer all incoming customer enquiries providing the highest quality of service and professionalism.
- Operate as First Line customer support providing technical information and customer support as appropriate.
- Manage the warehouse ensuring that all items are correctly located, received, booked in and labelled within 24 hours of receipt, whilst ensuring the status of items in the warehouse is always clear.

Skills & Experience:
- Customer service experience and / or a recent IT qualification.
- Keen to work in a technically focused, customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to talk people through processes in a clear and straight forward way.
- A willingness to be involved in all aspects of the business allied to a strong focus on customer service are essential requirements.
- Team player but to be able to work in confidence by themselves
- A desire to show initiative and be a forward thinker
- Proactive approach, with the ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively

Full time salary £16,000 - £19,000 dependent on experience.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of work, full time: 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
