IT Support Analyst

Based in Wellingborough, our client who is a globally recognised brand has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join their team which services all of their UK offices. The organisation is synonymous with quality and they are looking for an IT Support Analyst to match that in everything they do.

Role responsibilities:

    •To deliver second and third line support to the business, working as part of a team responsible for incident and problem management, and resolution of support issues within agreed SLAs. The role will include:•Responding to emails and support tickets from employees, proactively managing issues through to resolution or escalating where appropriate•Maintaining the capability of equipment (desktops, laptops, phones etc.) and software (security, application, communication and operating software)•Research and testing of hardware/software to fulfill specific business requirements

    Skill required:

      •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple desktop operating systems, familiarity with Microsoft-based networking/storage systems and Active Directory user management•Strong working knowledge of common hardware (such as laptops, printers, Network Attached Storage devices, network switches, smartphones/tablets)•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 & 365 (deployment and usage)
