Key Account Development Exec – Non Advised – INSURANCE

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35,000 -£40,000+ Car Allowance

We've dealt with this client for over 10 years and are delighted to be partnering with them as they further grow the business.

They are currently looking to strengthen their field based sales team with the addition of 3 Key Account Development Exec's across the country.

As a business they specialise in Construction insurance and have some exceptional markets across the piece with high levels of commissions.

Day to Day:

To develop a varied portfolio of Commercial risks – Commercial Combined, Liability, Motor Fleet, Property and Professions

Liaising with Underwriters to negotiate premiums, uplifts in cover

Dealing with client enquiries and mid-term alterations

Ensuring all internal and external rules are followed accordingly

Deliver monthly and quarterly income targets.

Key skills:

Experience of dealing with commercial Insurance is essential for this position

A sales minded approach to doing business – all leads will need to be self generated

Exposure to dealing with day to day policy alterations, renewals, preparation of new business presentations to insurers.

A skill set that includes high level communication, negotiation, sales, influencing, time-management and IT skills

A full UK Driving Licence
