Insurance Claims Handler
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's foremost insurance business's in the expanding Nottingham office as an Insurance Claims Handler.
As a Household Claims Handler you will manage a case- load of specialist property claims accounts and will be the sole point of contact for each customer throughout the lifecycle of their claim.
As well as speaking with customers over the phone and via email, you will liaise with other areas of the business as well as contractors to ensure that the running of the claim runs smoothly from notification through to settlement. It is key that you can understand the needs of the customer to put them first.
You will be supported to complete insurance qualifications and will receive pay rises upon successful completion as well as quarterly incentives. Full training will be provided however you must be able to display a stable background within a customer focused environment. This could be from the insurance industry, financial services or even a customer service based office.
