Female PE Teacher needed in Folkestone ASAP or Easter Start

Your new role
We are looking for someone for a long term position for the next term or maybe sooner if your are available. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who has the ability to inspire pupils with a passion for the subjects and encourage them to become independent learners. A willingness to participate in departmental extra-curricular activities is also essential.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have previously worked with children between the ages of 11 and 16 within an educational setting, ideally having managed groups of pupils independently. This experience must also have been for a minimum of 40 days within the last 1-2 years. You will have a proactive approach, as well as have a passion for working with children. You must be able to associate yourself with the below qualities:

  • caring about students, their learning, and their futures;
  • driven to make a difference, to overcome barriers, to be relentless in enabling all students to make exceptional progress;
  • committed to your own personal development and to collaborative, consultative working
