Digital Manager (Agency)
We have partnered with Clark Communications who are a fast growing integrated communications agency in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we’re looking for an experienced, creative and enterprising digital manager to join their growing agency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to steer our digital division, alongside our PR and graphic design disciplines. This entails developing the digital business to service our existing and future clients, and ensuring our offer is commercial and fully integrated with other parts of our business. You will oversee the delivery of social media services with the support of a digital executive, but your focus will be developing and delivering creative and robust digital content strategies and campaigns for clients to meet their objectives. Your approach will be sleeves up, all-hands-on-deck, but you’ll be a strategic thinker too. Key responsibilities include: Work closely with the directors to plan and implement growth of our digital business Develop and execute digital content strategies for clients in line with objectives, budgets and timings Monitor, evaluate and report digital performance Regular client communication, including meetings, calls and emails Work collaboratively with the wider agency team to upsell digital content services to clients Identify and secure new business opportunities Delegate to and mentor digital content executive and other team members, as required You must have a solid understanding of integrated communications, experience of delivering successful digital content strategies, and be aware of industry trends and tools. You are a team player, with excellent copywriting skills and a strong grasp of grammar, and you’re not afraid to take the initiative.
