Digital Marketing Manager Digital Marketing Manager Role details: Title: Digital Marketing Manager Reporting line: Marketing Director Direct reports: None Purpose: To support Digital marketing FCA registrations: None Location: London Main duties and responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Maintain the organisation's website Manage social content calendar and implement social media strategy Assist in writing and optimising content for the website and social networks Work with video agency to ensure audio and video content is optimised for the website and social platforms Take responsibility for the deployment of email campaigns - including copy optimisation, delivery, split testing and recommendations for improvements Work with our SEO agency to provide continuous improvements to organic rankings Assist with PPC strategy Assist with delivering digital marketing campaigns Use our analytics tools to provide regular insights and reporting focusing on key performance indicators across website, social, email, organic & paid search Ownership of extranet Oversight of intranet Support webinars Proof reading of copy and obtaining sign off on digital marketing collateral Keep informed and share knowledge of digital marketing trends Provide input into evaluating new technologies Experience and attributes Passionate and driven in all aspects of digital marketing Strong interest in financial services marketing Experience in using CMS platforms Experience in using social media monitoring platforms Demonstrated use of email platforms and CRM Working knowledge of SEO principles and implementation Experience in Google Analytics, Google Console, Google Adwords Photoshop editing experience Ability to perform video editing a plus Team player Excellent attention to detail Good organisational and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication The ability to work on multiple projects at one time The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Analytical mindset Beneficial to have experience in financial compliance procedures Management and leadership responsibilities Co-operating with colleagues across the firm High standards of performance and excellence for self.
