Graduate Recruitment Associate, German / French / Nordic speaking
What’s the role? We’re currently looking to hire Graduate Recruitment Associates across our offices in London, Frankfurt, and Paris. With a growing European client base, we are looking to further expand into these markets by hiring the best and the brightest linguists. If you speak German, French, or Nordic languages such as Swedish, and are looking to have the opportunity to work for an international company then we want to hear from you. Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Associate will focus on the generation of new candidates, understanding their key drivers and motivations, and learning the full recruitment cycle. You will begin to develop client relationships with existing clients and in time, develop your own new client relationships through business development across Europe. Who are Dartmouth Partners? What do I need to apply? You need to be a team player, be nice and want to be the best you can be, but these will help: Speak German, French, Swedish or other Nordic languages to native proficiency 2:1 from a top University (or can demonstrate academic excellence in other ways) Have graduated between 2015-2019 Ideally some work experience during or after university An interest in Financial Services (useful but NOT essential) Be intellectually curious Extra-curricular interests A bright, engaging, charismatic personality Strong work ethic Attention to detail Professionalism Ethical, consultative approach What will I get?
