Looking for an EA/Team Assistant with experience within the financial services/banking sector. Up to £16.53/hour (plus holiday) Approx. £34,400pa 6 Month Contract - potential extension Executive Assistant coverage to the Joint Head of UK ECM plus 1 MD, 4 Directors, 5 VPs and 2 Associates and 3 Analysts (as required). Role will be within Banking Capital Markets Advisory. The Role To provide secretarial support to a group of professionals in the EMEA Equity Capital Markets business, working in partnership with the other Admins to provide a seamless support across the full Equity group as well as Executive Assistants in the wider CMO group. Key Responsibilities: Arranging complex travel for team members with detailed itineraries, including Visas Diary management Organisation of internal and external meetings and tele/video conference calls Complete expense reports (knowledge of Concur essential) Phone and email coverage Holiday/sickness cover for the Team Screening e-mails and drafting responses where appropriate Working with confidential information Handling sensitive company and employee information such as employee personal details Help with PowerPoint presentations when necessary Arrange couriers Photocopy and fax material Assist with Ad hoc reports and special projects Development value: The position provides the opportunity of working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
