Assistant Branch Manager
EllisKnight are recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic and target driven Assistant Branch Manager to help spearhead the opening campaign and subsequent trading of our clients' new Oxford showroom.

As Assistant Branch Manager you will bring your retail experience and your passion for providing great customer service and be from a background of product knowledge driven or technical sales in a similar retail / showroom / face to face environment.
- Be an experienced Retail professional with proven experience of exceeding sales targets
- Have the desire to improve the customer experience
- Possess outstanding communication skills
- Have strong customer service experience with the ability to understand the customer requirements, sell the entire project and be able to deal with clients when issues may arise
It should be a given that you take delight in assisting with all aspects of a customer journey, from initial contact to booking the final delivery in a confident, efficient, professional, yet friendly manner.
This is a full time, permanent role, with great prospects for progression.
The store will trade:
Mon - Fri 08.00 - 17.00, Sat 09.00 - 17.00, Sun 10.00 - 16.00 Working on a rota basis
This position is paying £25,500.
