Regional Ethics and Compliance Director
Reporting to the business' Group Ethics & Compliance Director, this hire will be accountable for the delivery of the compliance program within Europe. Key accountabilities Primary contact for regulatory guidance and policy interpretation, assisting the business to resolve issues and find solutions for meeting regulatory requirements. Development of a robust compliance program fit for purpose again the business' regulatory objectives. Implementation of global ethics & compliance policies within the European region. Coordinating a network of local (country) Compliance experts within various European offices. Promote and embed a culture of compliance awareness and deliver training material. Provide regional senior management and the global Compliance leadership team with accurate snapshots of Compliance risks and issues and present relevant Management Information Required experience Senior Compliance leadership experience; ability to face off to multiple stakeholders and represent the region as a respected figurehead. In-depth knowledge of UK regulatory guidelines, Anti-Bribery & Corruption risks and legislation (FCPA, UKBA) Experience of working within a large multinational corporate business, preferably with some knowledge of consumer healthcare products.
